Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Numbat GmbH on the structuring, financing, and sale of an independent portfolio of fast-charging stations for electric vehicles to PATRIZIA European Infrastructure Fund II and III. The total investment volume of PATRIZIA together with a German banking consortium initially amounts to 140 million euros, with which Numbat plans to install 400 new fast-charging stations.
