The financial services regulatory landscape: Changes on the horizon

We provide an update on some of the regulatory changes underway in the financial services sector, including the development of the new market infrastructures (PISCES and POPs), recently introduced ring-fencing reforms, and the operational resilience and critical third parties regimes. We will also look at where the UK Government has got to in implementing and utilising the Designated Activities Regime, and touch on the increasing use of AI in financial services and how the Government and regulators are responding to it.
