Our German banking and finance team is pleased to invite you to sign up for one of the two-day LMA documentation courses we are hosting in spring and autumn this year. This introductory course is suitable for people who are less familiar with LMA-style documentation.

The course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, one of our senior knowledge lawyers based in London, together with various members of our banking team in Germany, on the following dates:

Frankfurt | March 30-31, 2023 or September 21-22, 2023
Munich | April 20-21, 2023 or November 9-10, 2023
Hamburg | April 27-28, 2023 or September 7-8, 2023.

We will cover all of the relevant elements of the LMA facility agreement, including representations, undertakings and events of default. You can find the details about the full programme below.

The sessions will be as interactive as possible and include audience participation, giving attendees an opportunity to network with peers. The course is offered free of charge.
