Truth Telling with PIAC

In this seminar our Pro bono partner Chris Owen and lawyer Madeleine Barr speak with Public Interest Advocacy Centre’s (PIAC) Daniela Gavshon and Corey Smith about The Towards Truth Project, which aims to support First Nations truth-telling in response to the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

As part of the Project, PIAC in collaboration with the Indigenous Law Centre are developing an interactive information database that maps legislation and policies that have impacted First Nations’ throughout Australian history to support truth-telling about our history.
