The Regulator updated its pension scams leaflet in December, which is available on its “Warn members about pension scams” webpage. Its two-page leaflet is now branded under the Pension Scams Action Group ( a group co-ordinated by the Regulator) and sets out the steps for individuals to take if they suspect they are being scammed.

Trustees should ensure they include this information in relevant scams warnings to members.
