The cannabis industry has experienced rapid evolution over the last few years. Although there are a limited number of jurisdictions that have legalized cannabis for recreational use, others have legalized or decriminalized medicinal or wellness-related cannabis use and are reviewing the possibility of recreational legalization or decriminalization in the future.
