Firm wins CEELM Deal of the Year Award Turkey

We have been recognized at the CEE Legal Matters 2022 Deal of the Year Awards, as winners of the Deal of the Year Award: Turkey.

This recognition was awarded in relation to our role in advising International Holding Company (IHC) in connection with its c. AED 1.8 billion acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Kalyon Enerji, through its subsidiary International Energy Holding which signed in August 2022. Please see details.

Winners of this year's Deal of the Year Awards were announced on April 25 in Istanbul during the CEE Legal Matters Deals of the Year Awards Banquet. The event recognized and celebrated the largest and most important deals in Central and Eastern Europe.

"The significance of the IHC's acquisition of Kalyon Enerji deal was, ultimately, impossible for the two-tiered panel of voters to ignore, despite the fact that this year's line-up of deals was the most competitive to date," commented CEE Legal Matters Managing Editor Radu Cotarcea.
