Proposed European Regulations on markets in crypto-assets and DLT market infrastructure

On 23 September 2020 the European Commission published its long-awaited draft regulation on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA), with its accompanying annex and a draft regulation on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology (DLTR).
