A law firm can only function with a strong business services team. IT is a key part of this, and we recruit for our 12 month IT Intern programme annually. In this role you will join a team of IT specialists based in Amsterdam who support the Benelux, Paris and Athens on numerous projects as well as day to day operations for the offices.

The role

In this role you will gain experience across different types of work. Some of the work may include:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support, answering queries
  • Installing computers and workstations
  • Troubleshooting printer malfunctions
  • Solving MS Office disruptions
  • Fixing any issues in our existing IT estate using IaC (Terraform, MS ARM Templates), automation & scripting (PowerShell, bash) and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS and PaaS)
  • Networking (Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN's, Express Routes, Private Links, Checkpoints) and Security (CIS Benchmark, Key Vaults, AAD, MFA, MS Defender for Cloud)

Who can apply?

This role is suitable for anyone studying ICT at a MBO (level/niveau 4), and is looking to gain experience in an IT department in a global corporate environment.
