Norton Rose Fulbright operates a direct sourcing model, however we also partner with a carefully selected group of Preferred Suppliers on particular positions as required. We have standard recruitment terms of business and processes in place with our Preferred Suppliers which includes taking instructions solely from a member of the Norton Rose Fulbright Recruitment team and submitting candidates via our recruitment management system.

Given these Preferred Supplier relationships, we do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs / profiles submitted to Norton Rose Fulbright. We will not be liable to pay any fee for CVs or profiles submitted directly to any Partners or Norton Rose Fulbright employees.

Where recruitment agencies or head-hunters do not comply with our Agency Policy, Norton Rose Fulbright reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and no agency fee will be payable.

Failure to observe the above and submission of any unsolicited CVs and/or profiles will constitute full acceptance of this Agency Policy.
