Mental health and wellness
We strive to create a culture where mental health is understood without stigma or discrimination – a culture that allows us to improve the well-being of our people.
We are committed to educating all of our employees about the importance of promoting good mental health and a healthier workplace. Beyond providing support to individuals in their times of need, we seek to examine and review our work environment and our processes to ensure we identify and address risks of psychological injury.
We take strides to focus our initiatives on early intervention, and raising awareness of access to appropriate professional support. As part of a range of initiatives and benefits to support this goal, our Breathe resource groups in Canada and the UK provide employees with an open forum and safe place for discussions about mental health issues.
Many of our regions have also instituted on-demand resources to educate our employees on the importance of creating an inclusive, safe and healthy culture for all.
