Our Montréal office is advising CAE Inc. on a definitive agreement to sell CAE’s Healthcare business to Chicago-based Madison Industries for an enterprise value of C$311m, subject to customary adjustments.
We are advising on all aspects of the transaction, including M&A, tax and regulatory.
The closing of the transaction is expected before the end of CAE’s fiscal year 2024, subject to closing conditions, including customary regulatory approvals.
