From a cybersecurity standpoint, our global team continues to act as board advisor and strategic partner in not only identifying cyber risks but also empowering the Board in understanding the underlying operational, financial, reputational and legal risks to the organizations. This includes working with the Board to develop and understand key KPIs to track cyber readiness and response, as it relates to their oversight role.

Privacy continues to be one of the key considerations for boards regardless of industry or geography. With the proliferation of privacy and data protection laws around the globe, our team advised the Board on appreciating the new enforcement environment their organization operates in and assess their risk profile.
