Biography
Jan de Wit is a lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. He focuses on corporate issues such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, international and domestic transactions and general corporate law.
Jan previously gained experience in the banking and finance team, where he advised banks, other financial institutions and corporates in an array of transactions, both domestic and cross-border. These transaction included, among others, asset-based lending, asset finance, project finance and acquisition finance. Furthermore, he advised lenders, lender-groups and distressed companies in corporate restructurings.
