• CAE in its acquisitions of a majority stake in SIMCOM Aviation Training from Volo Sicuro for US $230 million
•  Investissement Québec in its participation in H55 S.A.'s Series C funding round.

• Namakor Holdings in its strategic acquisition of Crawler Mulching Industries Danri Inc. (CMI), a business specializing in manufacturing specialized forestry and agriculture sector tractors and grinders
