Biography
Suzie Kemp is a pensions lawyer based in Newcastle.
Suzie advises both trustee and employer clients on day-to-day scheme issues, commercial matters and governance as well as scheme project work including closures, bulk transfers, de-risking, and scheme wind-up. She advises on pension disputes and litigation cases and has in depth insight in relation to pension transfer fraud under the old regime. Suzie also frequently advises on the implementation of the Condition for Transfer Regulations 2021 and transfers under this new regime.
In addition, Suzie provides support to our corporate clients and frequently works collaboratively with our corporate and employment lawyers on all range of transactions advising bidders, purchasers and sellers on pension risk.
