Biography
Samantha Cass practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including in employment litigation, grievance arbitrations, human rights disputes and occupational health and safety matters. Samantha also provides legal and strategic advice to provincially and federally regulated employers, including regarding policy development, employment contracts, legislative changes and labour relations.
Samantha joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2014 and articled with us from 2015 to 2016. She then completed a clerkship at the Court of Appeal for Ontario before returning to us as an associate.
Samantha also worked in human resources for the federal government prior to attending law school at the University of Ottawa, where she was the silver medalist.
