PFAS and consumer products: Laws, litigation and testing

The legal landscape of PFAS laws and regulations impacting consumer products is constantly evolving at the federal and state level.

The plaintiffs bar is doing everything it can to keep pace, ranging from consumer class actions to Proposition 65 cases. Keeping track of all these changes and anticipating risk are daunting tasks further complicated by the still nascent approach to testing, whether screening for fluorine or identifying specific PFAS chemicals.
