Biography
Katarina Wasielewski is a litigation lawyer based in Toronto. She is developing a broad practice in all areas of commercial and civil litigation, with an additional focus on competition-related matters. She has assisted with several investigations involving fraud, governance, harassment and workplace related issues across a variety of industries. Katarina joined us as a summer student in 2020 and returned to complete her articles in 2021 and 2022. While articling with us, she completed a secondment at Toronto Hydro Corporation.
While in law school, Katarina completed a master's degree in economics and a summer internship with the Competition Bureau of Canada. Katarina also competed in a variety of moots, including the Bowman Tax Moot and was awarded best respondent factum in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot.
