Biography
Nomonde is an associate in the insurance litigation team in Johannesburg.
She assists and focuses on insurance litigation and general liability claims, including medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
She also assists in the representation of government institutions in medico-legal matters involving claims for cerebral palsy, orthopaedic and neurological injuries.
Nomonde also has an interest in cyber liability which focuses on advising clients on reducing the risks associated with doing business online. In this regard, she advises on various Acts including the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
