Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa: Winners at the 2022 Pro Bono Awards
Global | Press release | January 2022
At the 2022 Pro Bono Awards, which was hosted virtually on 27 January, we were the winning law firm in the category: "Firm that presented the most webinars for legal practitioners nationally". Our newly appointed co-head of Pro Bono and Social Impact, Candice Pillay, scooped the “Most Helpful Attorney” award which reaffirms our strategic thinking in recruiting her, and also supports the strategies that will be pursued by the team this year.
We were nominated in two other categories: “Large law firm of the year” and “Wills”, which further recognises our contribution in this all-important work.
Brent Botha, director and head of Disputes Resolution practice says:
“Massive congratulations and thanks to the team for whole-heartedly doing what they’re so passionate about, and for making real and genuine differences. The fact that they have been recognised as they have is the cherry on top.”
