Virtual Coffee Session: AI, ChatGpt and the law

In the face of rapidly accelerating change in AI our speakers will explore what AI is and how it is going to require fundamental changes to our legal systems. They will also discuss potential uses of AI in the insurance industry ranging from underwriting risk management to claims assessment with a number of stops in between.

The session will close with a discussion on whether the South African regulatory regime is adequately prepared to deal with the growing use of AI.
