Biography
Frances Hoogenberg is a banking lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam.
Frances advises Dutch and international banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions. She has a particular focus on general corporate lending, asset finance and project finance, including the financing of digital infrastructure.
She was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2020.
