Stewart Keir is a financial and regulatory specialist and a chartered property and casualty underwriter (CPCU) with a focus on insurance and reinsurance matters. He advises and assists clients and attorneys on regulatory issues and transactions, and currently follows many issues at the NAIC and NCOIL.

Stewart was a  New York insurance regulator for more than 32 years and has worked in the private sector for more than two decades. He most recently held the position of Financial & Regulatory specialist at a premier full-service law firm prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright.
