Mallary Preston is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office, focusing her practice in public finance, including conduit and governmental transactions. Mallary has served as bank, bond and underwriter's counsel for tax-exempt and taxable bond issuances for municipalities, social services providers, senior living facilities, hospitals, affordable housing and educational facilities.

Before joining Norton Rose, Mallary was an associate at an Ohio-based national firm, where she served as bond and bank counsel on various bond transactions for numerous Colorado-based non-profit entities, and at a New York real estate finance firm, where she served as bank counsel on various bond transactions for New York City-based social services and affordable housing providers and for multiple loans and lines of credit for development of real estate. Additionally, she completed a clerkship in the Denver District Court.
