Tan Ying Xuan is a banking and finance lawyer based in the Singapore office.
She has assisted on files advising financial institutions, REITs and corporate borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ying Xuan was an associate from a big four local Singapore law firm.

Advised Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Ambank Islamic Berhad, United Overseas Bank Limited, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, Affin Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, on the conventional loan and Islamic financing facilities of up to US$500 million granted to Yinson Production Offshore Pte. Ltd.
Advised Sembcorp Industries Ltd. on the S$1.2 billion syndicated sustainability-linked revolving credit facilities granted to its wholly owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd.
