Biography
Rik van der Laan is a projects and project finance lawyer based in Amsterdam.
He advises on project finance in, and on the development of, renewable energy projects, infrastructure projects and real estate projects, both from a financier’s and a borrower’s or (project) company’s perspective. Rik also has experience in restructuring and insolvency related matters, as well as in construction disputes.
