Christine Yan is a litigation lawyer practising in all areas of commercial and civil litigation. She assists clients and senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including contractual disputes and tort claims, as well as maritime, construction, and trademark matters. Christine has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Christine joined us as a summer student in 2021 and returned in 2023 following a year clerking at the Federal Court in Ottawa. She was called to both the Ontario and British Columbia bars in 2023 and joined us as an associate in 2024.
