A syndicate of banks led by Bank of China (Hong Kong) – on a US$423m multi-tranche (with a green tranche) term loan facility to a subsidiary of Joy City Property Limited and guaranteed by Joy City Property Limited.

A syndicate of banks lead by Standard Chartered – on a US$1,488m and HK$80m dual tranche sustainability-linked term loan facility to Trip.com Group.

A club of lenders led by Bank of China (Hong Kong) – on a HK$5,700m term loan facility to the Hong Kong subsidiary of a global investment and construction group based in the PRC.

Various banks – five bilateral facilities with sustainability-linked element to a property development company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
