Kathy Snow has over 25 years of in-house and law firm experience in both corporate and securities matters.

Ms. Snow supports corporate and securities lawyers with all types of filings, including, but not limited to, SEDAR, SEDI, TSX, and CDS filings, as well as research and analysis of publicly filed materials. She also assists lawyers with due diligence by reviewing contracts and minute books, preparing a variety of securities documents related to continuous disclosure, public offerings and private placements as well as attending and assisting with the closing of transactions. Ms.  Snow builds effective relationships with clients and is often relied upon as an integral member of client teams.
