Biography
Jordan Winch practises all aspects of employment and labour law in both the federal and provincial jurisdictions.
He regularly advises employers on employment standards, wrongful dismissal, discipline and discharge, as well as human rights, workplace safety and insurance, and occupational health and safety issues. Mr. Winch also regularly advises employers on developing and implementing proactive and strategic initiatives to create a productive and efficient workplace.
