Danny Costandy focuses his practice on representing project developers and lenders in financing transactions for energy projects. His experience includes preparing development agreements, joint venture contracts and partnership agreements for large-scale energy projects, and conducting due diligence and risk assessments to minimize legal exposure.

Danny has also gained experience in corporate law matters, previously supporting health care and life sciences entities in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory counseling and other transactions.
