Ashleigh Stochel
Biography
Ashleigh Stochel is a litigator focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business tort litigation, trade secrets and employment and labor disputes. Ashleigh also has experience working in-house and as outside counsel in export controls. As a classically trained professional actor, Ashleigh understands the importance of listening, communication and connection and uses these skills in all aspects of her practice as counselor and advocate.
Ashleigh is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois.

- Member of arbitration team that successfully enforced a non-competition agreement with substantial attorney fee award.
- Successfully counseled client to avoid millions of dollars in penalties from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
- Created an export controls compliance program for entity exporting materials to commercial, aerospace, military and nuclear programs around the world.
