Alec Mitrovich is a member of the firm’s projects practice. He represents private and public companies, sponsors, private equity firms, developers and utilities in connection with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture financings, corporate governance matters and the development of energy and infrastructure projects involving renewable energy transmission, generation and storage. Alec is also an adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
