Sharon Jeong focuses her practice on complex infrastructure and energy projects in the US and abroad. She advises clients through all stages of a project's lifecycle, including development, financing, construction, and operations.
Sharon previously practiced in Seoul, South Korea at another leading international law firm. She also served as in-house counsel for a global construction company.

Represented a company in the spin-out of its glass substrate business division and the formation of a joint venture with one of the largest semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
Advised a global construction company on its participation in a shortlisted sponsor team for the East West Link project in Melbourne, Australia.
