Biography
Steven Lofchie advises financial institutions and corporate clients on the securities laws and the Commodity Exchange Act, with particular focus on the regulation of broker-dealers, swap dealers, investment funds and other market intermediaries. His transactional practice focuses on securities credit and derivative transactions.
Steven is the founder and manager of the acclaimed legal website, US Regulatory Intelligence, which has been endorsed by former Commissioners of both the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
