Biography
Daniel Shuminer’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation and post-grant procedures before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He has worked with clients in a variety of technology sectors, including computer networking, semiconductors, photovoltaics, medical devices and autonomous vehicles. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Daniel served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Roy S. Payne of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
