Birdie Adler is an associate in the Austin office. Her practice focuses on renewable and transitional energy project development, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Birdie spent multiple years on the origination team of a global energy developer where she focused on the execution of build transfer and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts for wind, solar and storage facilities throughout the US.
