Biography
Matthew Melbourn is an associate in the corporate, M&A and securities practice group. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a special focus on domestic and international energy transactions.
Before joining the firm, Matthew served as a Teaching Fellow for the Negotiations Workshop at Harvard Law School. As a student, Matthew worked at various levels of government in Canada, including for the House of Commons of Canada, for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and in the Office of the Premier of Alberta.
