Jessie Johnson is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. She advises clients on Medicare and Medicaid overpayment issues, fraud and abuse laws and other federal and state regulatory and compliance matters. She has experience working on various types of transactions in the healthcare industry, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Additionally, Jessie assists clients with managed care issues and contracting, 1115 waiver programs, and the establishment of value-based payment initiatives in government programs, such as Accountable Care Organization models, care coordination entities, and other clinically integrated networks.
