Mary Kathryn supports employers across a variety of industries and integrates herself into her clients' businesses; her role is to ensure that clients have proper workforce planning, outsourcing and diversity and inclusion programs in place, up-to-date workplace policies and training materials, and she assists clients with corporate compliance and investigations. In addition, Mary Kathryn provides clients with advice and counsel with respect to discrimination and harassment claims, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, restrictive covenant issues and handles employment-related litigation matters in these areas.
