Biography
Katherine Oglesby is a tax associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. Katherine's practice focuses on a wide range of federal and international tax matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as federal and international tax planning and structuring for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities.
