Biography
Elyssa Diamond is an associate in the firm’s New York Office and a member of the Global Cybersecurity and Privacy team. Elyssa advises clients from various industries on data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, and governance issues. She has experience in all aspects of cyber incident response, from data review to individual and regulatory notifications and all of the communications that follow. Along with incident response, Elyssa also assists with proactive cyber and privacy matters, preparing tabletop exercises, providing advice on state and federal regulations such as CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and GDPR, and preparing information governance and privacy policies.
