Diana Lopez-Lira is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice group residing in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Diana focuses her practice on representations of banks, institutional investors, borrowers, purchasers and sellers in complex financing and purchase and sale transactions involving real property. Her work regularly involves real estate secured loans, construction loans, and purchases and sales of commercial real property in a wide variety of industries and asset classes.
