Phillip Pang is an associate in the New York office and a member of the Global Cybersecurity and Privacy team, focusing on information governance and eDiscovery solutions. As a part of his practice, he has advised on the defensible identification, preservation, and disposition of electronically stored information in a wide variety of contexts, including responses to civil litigation or cyber incidents, internal migrations of company data to new platforms and systems, and implementations of retention policies that affect sensitive personal or business data.
