Biography
Kelly Potter is a senior associate in the Regulations, Investigations, Securities and Compliance practice group. Kelly focuses her practice on securities litigation, SEC enforcement actions, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She has experience defending clients before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Justice, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and state and federal courts. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP in 2020, she was an associate for a large international law firm headquartered in New York.
Kelly is very active in our pro bono program, including representing a prisoner in a federal civil rights lawsuit, representing tenants in eviction proceedings during the COVID-19 pandemic, and acting as an advisor in a Title IX hearing.
