Biography
Cassandra Gizzo is an associate in the firm's New York office, where she is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities practice group. Cassandra advises US and international clients in connection with complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other commercial transactions. Her practice also focuses on venture capital investments and general corporate representation and counselling, including advising on corporate governance issues, operational matters and other strategic considerations.

She was the Symposium and Online Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts and Secretary for the Columbia Law Women's Association.
