- Represented the equity investor in the tax equity financing of a 137 MW solar project in California.
- Represented the lender in the US$170 million construction financing of a portfolio of utility-scale and distributed solar assets.
- Represented the sponsor in its acquisition of the 400 MW Swan Lake pumped hydro storage project in Oregon and 1,200 MW Goldendale pumped hydro storage project in Washington.
- Represented the sponsor in the sale of the Muscle Shoals solar project, a 294 MW solar photovoltaic project in Alabama.
- Represented the sponsor in its acquisition of a stake in a 2,100 MW high-voltage direct-current transmission line and formation of a related joint venture.
- Represented the sponsor in the tax equity financing of a 160 MW portfolio of solar projects in North Carolina.
- Represented the sponsor in its acquisition of a 400 MW pumped hydro storage project in Montana.
- Represented the sponsor in the sale of the Milford solar project, a 128 MW solar photovoltaic project in Utah.
- Represented the sponsor in the construction, back-leverage and tax equity financing of the US$416 million Prospero solar project, a 379 MWdc solar photovoltaic energy project in Texas.
- Represented the equity investors in the tax equity financing of a 200 MW wind project in South Dakota.
