Biography
Mike practices in the area of public finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and disclosure counsel for local government and private activity financing. He has experience with both general obligation and revenue bond financing for cities, counties, municipal water and sewer systems, universities, healthcare systems and municipal gas utilities. Mike also has experience with tax exempt and taxable securities financing for charter schools and school districts.
