A partner in the Houston office since 1983, Frank Garcia focuses his practice in the areas of corporate debt financings, commercial finance, project finance and general commercial transactions. He has worked on behalf of parties extending financing and parties receiving financing, on numerous documentation and counsel matters related to unsecured and secured financings, including:
